This guide provides a general roadmap of some of the legal issues specific to podcasting. The guide (http://wiki.creativecommons.org/Podcasting_Legal_Guide ) is provided by Colette Vogele of Vogele and Associates, Mia Garlick of Creative Commons and the Berkman Center Clinical Program in Cyber Law.
